Services

Dolyn Group Inc. provides business consulting and advisory services, including corporate governance consulting, strategic business advisory, organizational structure consulting, executive advisory services, business development consulting, and intercompany compliance oversight.

The specific services provided to a client will be determined by the applicable engagement, proposal, statement of work, or other written agreement.

Pricing and Fees

Pricing is determined based on the scope, complexity, duration, and requirements of each consulting engagement.

Services may be provided on a project basis, hourly basis, retainer basis, or another mutually agreed pricing arrangement. The applicable pricing and payment requirements will be communicated to the client before services begin.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon invoice.

For engagements involving multiple phases or milestones, Dolyn Group Inc. may require milestone-based payments as specified in the applicable agreement or invoice.

Late Payments

Amounts that remain unpaid after the applicable due date may be subject to reasonable late charges to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Dolyn Group Inc. may also suspend or discontinue services for accounts with overdue balances until payment arrangements are resolved.

Refunds and Cancellations

Because consulting services may involve reserved time, planning, research, analysis, and work performed specifically for a client, fees for services already performed are generally non-refundable.

Cancellation terms for an engagement will be governed by the applicable written agreement.

Any refund that may be available will be determined based on the services performed, expenses incurred, and applicable agreement.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, materials, methodologies, processes, and other intellectual property belonging to Dolyn Group Inc. remain the property of Dolyn Group Inc.

Client-specific deliverables will be governed by the applicable engagement agreement.

No Guarantee of Results

Consulting services are intended to provide professional guidance and support.

Dolyn Group Inc. does not guarantee any particular financial, operational, business, or other outcome because results depend on circumstances and decisions outside of our control.

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use website content in a manner that violates applicable law.
